I would like to take the two texture mods for Athletic body map and the sporty sweaty body and use them in fallout 4.

Can i just replace the textures with no problem or should I do something special?

apparently you need to convert body textures using a specific program im no expert when it comes to body textures (obviously) but hopefully someone with a better understanding answers,

ill try dig up some results and post them here if i do manage to find anything pal :)

The body textures from the two games depend on the body mod and the UV maps used.

So it is pretty impossible to convert quickly them from one body (of a game) to another body (of another.)

Of course, you can try using distortion and projection tools of an advanced graphic tool (GIMP or Photoshop), but at the end the result will not be excellent.

Fallout 4 CBBE and Skyrim CBBE use the same UV map. The only real problem is the face texture. The Fallout 4 face texture UV map is different from Skyrim one.

This is my Fallout 4 character with a Skyrim CBBE texture.

And this is one of my Skyrim characters using the same body texture and normal map.

I thought FO4 used tangent space normal maps while Skyrim used object space normal maps. Does it work just using the Skyrim normal maps in FO4?

The model space normal maps of Skyrim would have to be converted to tangent space for Fallout 4. I don't know if that can even be done without creating new normal maps from scratch, maybe some of the professional modelling/texturing programs can do things like that.

As for the diffuse, you can use that in FO4 without edits needed. You'll have to blend the neck part of the texture with the FO4 head, of course.

Normals and specular need to be saved in the BC5U format using Intel's texture works plugin for Photoshop CS6/CC (once they're tangent space).

The specular maps work differently as well, they now have only two channels and both do something different to the lighting.

TL;DR: You can only use diffuse textures of Skyrim CBBE for FO4 CBBE, but you'll get a neck seam if you don't fix it.

Sorry. My mistake. It wasn't the Normal map but the specular. The one Fallout one, but in Skyrim. The sweaty specular that i'm using in Skyrim worked in FO4 but i barely can see the effect until get camera close to the character.  :s
