Annoying CTD issue before main menu.

So, after installing Sanguine's Debauchery and the requirements of it and it's requirements' requirements (try not to get confused),

 

I started getting CTD issues either just before the main menu or when it does load the main menu and the instant I try to load a savegame.

 

To give a little more detail just before the crashes, I was trying to get to Riverwood, but it just kept crashing until this happened.

 

Longstoryshort, I thought I finally figured it out because I had missed several master files for some of the mods, and reinstalled my ENB just to make sure, and then sorted everything with LOOT.

 

The game launched properly and I adjusted my new MCM menus to my liking, and then tried to go to Riverwood again. As soon as I got near it, I crashed. I checked the papyrus and it had a bunch of errors involving the wolves outside Riverwood.

 

So I tried to launch it again to kill the wolves, only now it's crashing before the main menu again.

Better post mod list and load order, 4 line of papyrus log doesn't show anything.

I'm not entirely certain on how to easily copy the list as text, if I'm to be honest, and I know that the papyrus sucks, but that's all I've got for each crash log.

Not even getting to the main menu is generally a missing dependancy issue. If you are using Mod Organiser, head over to <steam directory>\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ModOrganizer\profiles\Default and copy the contents of loadorder.txt here, preferably in

tags.

And if you are using Nexus Mod Manager click "Export loadorder" at the left hand of the screen. It will generate a .txt file with your load order.

It's quite a large list as I mentioned, so I fully understand that there may be a lot of inconsistencies, conflicts, etc.

Oh, and something else came up I discovered. The game crashes very frequently outside of cells. I literally have to coc everywhere, and it feels really lazy, but it's the only option I've got because of how often it crashes outside. (Persistence helps beat the menu crash, I found out.)

I feel like SD Cages is meant to be after Sanguine's Debauchery. Do you use LOOT to sort your mods?

 

I was having issues with SD+ myself and it wouldn't load. I uninstalled that and it ran but now I'm having issues again with similar things you are having. Try reverting back to before SD and see if it loads.
