First Follower Mod Help

So, i have started making my own custom follower and possible marriage spouse for my Current Dragon-Born Velana.  I have followed tutorials and all but i do not get the 'Follow me' Option when i test him, His voice is the even toned version of the followers as well. i have been working on him for about 10 days and i cant seem to figure out what is wrong. here are the screen caps of his stats and all, i will include the .Esp as well for people who want to figure out what i am doing wrong.  This is also my First mod as well, so any help is welcomed! Also, i have two selenus' (the follower i created) but i tried deleting it and i just get a 1*D next to it. 

 

 

Required masters: Update.Esm, Skyrim.Esm, Apachiihairmale.Esm ( i accidentally saved over so i need to fix it.)

Some of those images appear to not be loading.  However, I took a peek at your plug-in.  When I load it in my game, not only does your follower have no "Follow Me" dialogue, none of my other followers have no dialogue as well.  Did you happen to change anything in the Dialogues Follower Quest?  You might have to just recreate the plug-in.  I only seen about 5 or 6 objects related to Selenus.  I'm not sure if it will also help, but the Disposition Base was set at 35.  I usually set it at 75 (just following other follower tutorials from the past).  Also, your Relationship ID did not have a name.  Check these things out.  Hope this helps.

These Factions are required:

PotentialFollowerFaction

CurrentFollowerFaction (Set the Rank to -1)

 

And you need to create a new Relationship.  Do this in the NPC's object window. The Parent is the NPC and the Child is player.  The relationship has to be Ally, the Association Type is NONE.

i followed all and remade him BUT i did not get the follower diolauge if anyone wants to check out the new esp its over here. if you can help me get what i need that will be amazing since i don't know what i am doing wrong

Your relationship didn't save. Make sure you see this and it works:

For what it's worth, here's my cheatsheet for making a Skyrim follower. This works.

 

file - data - skyrim.esm - ok - yes to all
object window - actors - actor - right click - new
id, name, short name - unique
traits - select race, height, weight, voice, disposition
stats - template from desired npc, then edit
Factions: (copy from aela)
CurrentFollowerFaction -1
PlayerFaction 0
PotentialFollowerFaction 0
If you can't create a relationship, OK on actor window, save, reopen
relationships - right click - new - parent is your npc, child is player, relationship ally
ai data - to taste, select a combat style
inventory - give weapons of type you wnat npc to use, and whatever else you like
charcter gen parts, morphs - to taste
OK
cellview - interiors - double click desired starting cell
drag npc from object view into camera window - give refid
save
