I have no idea what I am doing

So I have been trying to get into loverslab mods now that I have a computer that can actually run skyrim on not lowest quality everything, and I have come across the issue that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the vast majority of the mods here to work. I've installed them, following the instructions to the best of my ability, but unlike most Nexus mods where its download and double click to get them going, there are things that I do not know how to do to make the mods on here work. I really want a nice heavily modded skyrim, but cannot make what is available here work. I am at the point where I will literally pay someone actual money to come into my computer and make this stuff work. Is someone around here enough of an expert to help me out here?

I would suggest starting with Mod Organizer if not already using it. 

Then install STEP Core Mods.

-atleast to and including the 2.E. Interface part.

I always accept money But i'll help anyways. I always had problems to follow step, not sure if that means you should ask me if you have either... but at least i agree in installing MO.

Then follow one of the many tutorials to install FNIS, SKSE, Loot and TES5edit using MO on youtube, if you get this done, the worst part is over.
