pokemon rom hack with lovecraftian themes

hello, i have no idea if this is in the right place for a post like this, or even the right forum, so feel free to enlighten me on that if you have a better place.

 

i was very impressed by pokemon uranium and how it managed to feel so different from other pokemon games. it did a nice job of adding a slightly more mature feel to pokemon. i want to take that idea overboard. a whole, slightly sarcastic, completly overblown, NSFW rom hack for the game. satanic imagery, pokemon done ala their original art style but as lovecraftian horror features, types and moves. 

 

a few ideas and concepts:
 

moves:

sacrifice a virgin

restores health, lowers the defense of the opponent

unearthly excretion:

poisons the opponent

 

creatures:

cuthulachu

bipedal alligator w/ the head of a pickachu on its spiked tail.

 

endlessye

(as in, endless eyes)

creature made of eyes, what do you expect?

 

items:

offering

basic potion/healing item

 

greater offering

super potion

 

soulbound offering

ect, ect.

 

i'm competent in adobe illustrator and can do work fine, but i have trouble with inspiration, i may add pictures to this later, however i have zero programming assistance, and zero knowledge of how to do a rom hack, but i'm willing to learn.

 

as for what i need, i need whatever help i can get. if you have ideas, if you can draw, if you can program especially. I've read that there is a kind of rom hack that is purely graphical, so a reskin of say pokemon emerald as a first try sounds like a reasonable goal.

I don't know if this modding community is the right place or not for you. But i certainly will appreciate all who show interest in anything lovecraft themed.

 

Of course this reply consists out of nothing but ...what will be seen to you as useless opinions. But that's fine by me , i just wanted to leave my thoughts on it and go on with my horrid day. Good luck with everything you have set out to do.
