Anybody have a tutorial for it? Or willing to explain it? I had a hunt about the internet and it wasn't overly productive. I have a set of textures that I'd like to apply an oil-esque sheen to and haven't the faintest idear how.

And there's no specular options in the ENB either. Blast

Just to clarify, this would be for Fallout 3. Also, if it were to help the issue, I could also upload the files somewhere

Load a nif up into the nifskope make sure you have block details open if it is block list close that one and click view and select block details. Click the body and then look for the NiMaterialProperty line a few lines below the highlighted line in the left list it'll be the one with the corsant looking thing. Click the little arrow to the left of NiMaterialProperty to get the drop down then go to glossiness float and change the number from 10.0000 to 1000.0000 which is max gloss setting. Save as to overwrite the nif and then go into game and see how it looks.
