CBBE or SeveNBase Bombshell for SexLab?

I've been modding the game for a couple of years now and almost that entire time has been spent using the CBBE body mod.  I recently discovered Naughty Machinima and there was a video with several female characters being used that looked somewhat similar to CBBE body types, but I wasn't entirely sure what mods were used to make them.

 

I ended up looking at different body mods today and noticed that SeveNBase Bombshell looks really similar to CBBE.  So what's the difference between the two aside from difference in armor mods available?  I can search up SeveNBase characters on YouTube but you can't see them nude like you would using SexLab mods so I haven't been able to get a really good look at them.

Shape aside, as far as I'm aware the UNP based bodies have more vertices(?) for smoother shapes. The shapes can be easily changed with bodyslide so the sevenbase looking like CBBE could be anything. There's other differences between the two but none that I'm familiar enough to try and explain.

CBBE bodyslide lets you customize your female body ALOT, so for flexibility I would use CBBE, actually not would, I always use CBBE, sometimes I want skinny girls, sometimes I want tits so big they make anime tits look like ants. As far as I know, Sevenbase customizability is very low. Also CBBE is compatible with race menu, so even more there in terms of customizability. Now the quality of the model MIGHT be better with Seven base, but they are obviously very similar looking so Id say CBBE is better overall, both are hdt compatible, meaning you can get jiggle mods I believe.

Current versions of Bodyslide support UUNP so you can have CBBE or UNP and complete Bodyslide customization control including all sorts of presets to match exiting body types and with those you can even mix and match/
