Which mods alter hdt high heels mod scripts?

I just found out what was causing a 50% loss of movement speed for my character when wearing high heels or any npc too it was an altered script for hdt high heels magic effect. The file was updated 6/29/2015 and is 1kb larger I don't know where it came from but it might have been a mod I deleted later I don't know. Anyway just a heads up if anyone is having similar problems and doesn't know what is causing it, check your high heel scripts there should be a source file with them in your game data folder. It should have the same file date I mentioned and show the scripting for damage av speedmult and carryweight sections.

 

Just replace it with the files from the hdt high heels mod and the problem is solved, those files should have a date of 2013 on them I think.

Dammit the effect damaging the speedmult is still there in my save but totally fixed if I quit to main screen and coc to qasmoke then try on some high heels. I tried using savetool but it didn't do anything even though it removed 3 orphans from script instances. This sucks I will have to start a new dam game to get around this shit.

Get http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596/? if you dont have it already then open console and click on yourself then navigate to magic effects. Try to conclude which one could be affecting speedmult by name then RemoveSpell X. It will also tell which mod it came from.

The mod it was coming from was the actual hdt high heels mod it was the actual main script file itself causing the problems. Somewhere either from here or elsewhere I downloaded and installed a mod that changed that file and now I vaguely remember reading the comments section of that mod and someone complaining about the movement speed change but I still can't remember what mod it was. I started a new game anyway and that allowed the old file I put in there to work correctly now I'm just trying to find a spot in skyrim to actually try and live another life before starting the main quest but there isn't really a good place for that lol.
