I have added an update, as promised I added zombies. The updated version doesn't require Dawnguard I have no idea why AlpineJY added the Dawnguard requirement? I have started to work on the big one again, the Forbidden Island, that mod is going to be huge, with over 20+ voice actors, it will contain a bamboo forest, cities, underground city, sandy beaches, mountains, swamps, 5+ factions in which you can join and a main plot to uncover, it will be the best mod that I have ever released, I gained much inspiration from Tomb Raider and Enderal, cheers!

Description:
Many sailors are disappearing in the Dawnstar area, there are rumors of a sailor that has returned from Mara's Port
a hidden tropical Island he says that the Island is in need of soldiers to
defeat Namira's cult, he implies that a great evil arises from the South,
Mara's Port desperately needs a hero. Many sailors venture out into the sea of
ghosts others head south and disappear into the deep blue sea in search of a
better life. In life some are pioneers others are settlers. Will you box in? or
will you set sail and explore the enchanted waters of planet Nirn. As you set
sail the winds lead you south, will you get shipwrecked or will you get lucky
and discover new lands? There are many rumors that Mara's Port was created to
refuge many sailors and families from the big whirlpool, in which it is
suspected that many have gone down the loop, some scholars say that if you get
swallowed by the big whirl pool you end up directly in Oblivion. Mara is the
Goddess of love and many natives of Mara's Port believe that Mara's Port is a
gift from the Goddess herself.

 

How do I get to the Island
To start your new adventure go the the dock area in dawnstar, I will also add a teleport in the Temple of Kynareth soon.

Characters
Mara - Mara and her friends are being hunted one by one by Namira's Cult, Mara is in need of someone to keep her
safe. She lives in the Ipu Kala District. (Mara is Jane's twin sister.) Mara has a good heart, Jane is wicked. You can only choose light or darkness, good or evil.

 

Riku - Her ship got shipwrecked and she lost her whole crew, they we're up to no good. Riku was following her father's
footsteps and she would often go with her crew raiding nearby Islands and other
ships.

 

Jasmine - She lives in the highest peak of Mara's Port. She is a loner, and has given up on society, she has had her heart
broken too many times, and feels like nobody understands her. Her whole family
was murdered by Namira's Cult.

 

Angie
She often spends her time outside enjoying nature and chopping wood, she is the sister of Mara.

 

Jane
Member of Namira's Cult. Very faithful to Namira. She confronts you once you purchase the Ocean view estate. She invites you to join the dark side.

 

Thomas
He's the captain of the guards in Mara's Port. He has a very pompous attitude, and hates the cannibals.

 

Jason The Mighty Prince
He's a rich prince, he bought the arena and is now making profit from betting and recruiting fighters in the arena.

 

Quests

 

1. Mara's Port
Meet Brenda in the Windpeak Inn.

 

2. Protecting The Innocent!
Mara has a bounty on her head keep her safe

 

3. Beach Party!
Mara is tired of being stuck in the house all day, she invites you to the beach, after you defeat her hired killers.

 

4. Above The Law
Jasmine's heirloom has been stolen by thieves, investigate the crime, find the thieves.

 

5. Pit Fighter
Jason see's potential in you, he has recruited you to fight in the arena.

 

6. Dawn of the others
An orc has been itching for a good fight.

 

7. In too deep
Another fight in the arena, this time with dwarven machines.

 

8. Rampage
The Seven Deadly Warriors from across the world, have challenged you. If you defeat the Seven you will become champion of
the Arena.

 

8. Cannibals On The Loose
A serial killer is on the loose, he has killed a noble lady in the silver district, find the mysterious killer.

 

9.Joining The Dark Side
After you purchase the Ocean Side Estate. Namira's Cult invites you to join the dark side.

 

10. Burden Of Decay
Mara's cousin has been kidnapped by Namira's Cult. Mara fears that they will sacrifice her to Namira. Save Namira's cousin, before it's too late.

 

11. To Protect & Serve
Become a guard of Mara's Port speak to Thomas in the golden manor.

13. Cold Blooded
Once you kill Mara and join forces with Namira's Cult. Jane wants you to take over the fishery in the Bronze district.

 

Climate
Mara's Port contains it's own climate settings, it's mostly sunny, but it also rains alot in Mara's Port, as the
Island is a tropical rain forest. It also contains it's own lod settings.

Went to Dawnstar, found new boat moared in harbor.   Waterlogged and no active spot to get to Mara's Island.  Maybe a conflict but mod doesn't work on my game which does have a lot of other mods running.

Seems bugged... I never suceed to leave Dawnstar ! (the quest is fiished just after talking to the woman in dawnstar inn).
