is there any way to restore the RedRocket Truck stop to it's " just discovered " condition?

I was using up some time by clearing some more trash and debris earlier. I scrapped one of the refuelling lines by accident.  80% of the building went with it.

all I have now are fittings and furniture. I would like to restore it. 

 

any advice welcome.
