Game was freezing, now it's crashing on start up

So first of all, I moved to a new computer and copied my Oblivion data folder over. Everything worked great on my old computer but my new one is having trouble with Lovers stuff working. It might also be of note that at first my body and face meshes/textures didn't copy over right so I had to redownload them.

Before with Lovers activated it'd load and then freeze after 2 seconds, but now that I've messed with my load order trying to get it to work it's crashing on startup even without Lovers stuff enabled. I mostly use OBMM (and some NMM, I'm trash), downloaded Wrye Bash but I don't think it helped me. I saw a thread saying to use BOSS and when it reordered my load order that's when the crashing on start up started happening, though in addition I did delete a couple esps I didn't think I needed.

1. Delete your oblivion.ini file in your mydocuments\oblivion folder and start the game with the oblivion launcher (it will auto-generator a new ini file).

2. Disable your lovers esm and esp files and rebuild your bashed patch (ANYTIME you move stuff around in your load order, you MUST rebuild your bashed patch or you will crash).

3. Start a new game.  No previous saves unless you know how to clean them via Wrye Bash.

 

Do all of that and holler if you still can't get it to work.

Deleting the ini and disabling Lovers got the game to work again. Is there a way to get Lovers to work again? Like fix the load order and make a bashed patch or something?

After you rebuild your BashedPatch you can activate your Lovers Mods. ( You disabled all Lovers mods only to build the BashedPatch, because NO lovers Mods in the Bashed Patch ! )  If you change your Load order and must rebuild your BashedPatch, first deactivate all Lovers Mods, build your Bashed Patch, activate all Lovers Mods.

 

Sort your Mods ! Lovers Mods down in your Load order.

personality_idles2.esp I now it's not active and you should not activate it, does not work well with Lovers.

I only use Mad Companionship Spells  and MCS Extension  ( not HumanTouchNPC )
