Animations and structure?

So the only reason i bought Fallout 4 was to have some "real' fun (you better know what i am implying). So when are we getting some bloody animations? i only spent $60 on this game to have my testicles explode at some point in the future. I don't expect to be alive in the next two years so can someone give me a little feedback if this game will every get the insane amount of mods Skyrim had?
