Recommended Mods for New Vegas?

Hey there everyone just got Fallout New Vegas up and running a while ago, but I haven't really been able to play much cos of work and stuff.

But to narrow down my search a million times quicker than just me looking for the top files in places. Can you guys recommend some really good overhaul/interface/general gameplay mods that make NW a million times better
