Not sure why but disseses are not removed when using a shrine. now i don't know how to remove it after attacked by a skeever.

This my load order and mod list:

loadorder.7z

I think 1 of the mods i use must have somehow edited the shrine to remove this ability and i don't know witch one did it.

Didn't see anything that jumped out at me, but you have a lot of mods I don't use.  I'd suggest using xEdit (tes5edit, or whatever they are deciding to call it today) and look for the conflict in there.  1 question, are you (well, your CHARACTER, not you :P ) currently a vampire or werewolf?  I know that normally you cannot get diseases if you are currently a vamp/ww, but I seem to remember someone having an issue where they got infected anyway.  If so maybe being vamp/ww is preventing the shrine from working properly?  Just a possibility.

Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul removes the disease healing mechanic from shrines.

This is intentional to give more value to disease curing potions.

Edit:

You can also use spoiler tags instead of uploading your text file.

It's more convenient this way.

example:
some text
Forgot about that one - I never use that, and I don't think it's on by default, is it?

I haven't seen an option for it in the MCM, so I guess it is enabled by default.

Seems like you have three options now:

 1. get used to buying cure disease potions
 2. don't use the mod
 3. modify the mod to your liking

Diseases getting removed by a shrine come from the mod Realistic Needs and Diseases.
