alphafr Posted August 7, 2016 Posted August 7, 2016 So a year ago I did a fuck up when doing a clean instal of skyrim and deleted my character head preset After some time trying to recreate it I gave up and looked up at the face wharehouse site to import one, found one that looked close to my old character However the head has a lot of issue with expression, it looked quite ugly with any expression (eye lids clipping, mouth clipping, ect) Now I am retrying to recreate my old char so from the main menu I go into qasmoke cell, made the head then loaded my save and imported the head Yet on my save the head doesn't look like the one I created when imported, it looks fatter so to say by roughly measuring it on my screen the face imported on my save is easely 5cm larger than the one I created on a new character Tips on how to reset the head nif ? The imported head is faulty for sure
Baduk Posted August 8, 2016 Posted August 8, 2016 Easyest head import solution i think is for racemenu import head as morph target ability. There is a tutorial video for this. You can also adjust weight/skintone and export em for put on other npcs from nifskoping the geometry data across or fixing node names.
Todd420 Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 check that you're using the same weight used making the head otherwise you'll have a neck gap. There's more information but you don't need it yet..
