[Request] How to add your own Racemenu Sliders

I ask for your help in either explaining how I can add my own custom sliders to function in racemenu, or direct me to a guide that I have yet to find. I know how to add manual sliders to bodyslide, yet I wish it transferred with the create racemenu morphs checkbox.
