Skyrim Porting a Hair Mod(Help)

I want to port a hairstyle mod from Fallout 4 over to Skyrim for personal use. However, I don't really have an idea on how to go about this so I was wondering if someone could explain or direct me to a video showing me how/Written guide.  I downloaded 3ds Max don't know if I should use that or something else. :c

I have ported some fallout 4 stuff to skyrim but I never used any 3d tool. I first found the outfit I wanted and then I loaded it into the 2.0 nifskope deleted out everything but one piece I then clicked on the piece and went to file - export - export .OBJ. Reload nif and repeat deleting everything out but a different piece. Do that till all parts have been exported.

 

Next load up outfit studio pick new project and pick a body hit next and then hit browse. Click export in nifskope again and scroll to your exported files and drag and drop one into the box then hit finish. Now hit file then load outfit and drag and drop next exported file into the box and keep doing this till all exported files have been loaded into outfit studio. Then adjust and scale to liking. You might have to add a head node so that you can paste a head into the nif and use it to adjust the hair to fit on the head.
