NiO HighHeels - Questions

NiOvHH can be implemented to adjust the sitting height provided the PC/NPC is wearing NiO highheels.  My questions are:

1. Can this be used on small races (Elins)?
2. Can NiOvHH be used to fix the sleeping height (Elins sink into the beds)?
3. Can the same be done for certain furnitures like the blacksmith forge and enchantment table provided the RacetoScale markers (causes races to rescale) have been removed.

I figure I would ask beforehand just in case.

At least there is one viable solution for my predicament.  As for the forge, enchantment table and such the only solution I can think of is to make them scale according to the race scaling; shrink for small races then return to normal for adult-size races.
