Wyre Bash - I see UDR's

I noticed the other day wyre bash has a mod checker so i ran it and it came back saying i had some files with UDR's which LOOT had not brought to my attention, okay cool loaded up tes5edit and tried to clear

 

 

 

 

Only when i try in tes5edit i get <Warning: Plugin contains 57 deleted NavMeshes which can not be undeleted> - this was trying to do dawnguard and its the same for all the other mods it says has a problem

 

What gives? I thought UDR's were the root of all evil (okay i'm exaggerating) and i'd removed these when i first got tes5edit so how come i can't fix them?
