Megaloblast Posted June 18, 2016 Posted June 18, 2016 New to this community, but I wanted to share a mod and enb I recently created and answer any questions anyone had. Overall, couldn't be more stoked to have finally made a contribution to the modding community I'm proud of. Learned so much from the authors of Vivid Weathersu, NLA, Tetrachromratic, and so many others! Also - a note on future updates: [frost weathers]( ) Though I'm not sure if I'll include them with NLVA or another ENB, as they feel more fantasy Forgot the link - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75346/
27X Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Your midday contrast is really, really crushed. and that is an assload of blue color correction. (not that that's any different from Confidence Man or Tapiok's set up ((in fact tapiok's is even MORE grayed and washed out, as if that was visually possible)), and skin being translucent is not a bug in NLA's original setting, it's how skin looks in direct and strong light. Kind of weird that everyone who uses his preset and remixes it immediately says "oh shit son, it was so realistic I had to use it as my base" and then immediately make it look more 'nextgen gamey' by flattening the fuck out the skin tones and gamma contrast so that different races and hues all look like flat variations of each other, but then keep some crazy ass light values like "this sunset is blue, cause sunsets are blue". Not on planet earth they ain't. That said it's a very well done integration of the two, and people, especially people who think blue as hell = advanced graphics (see fallout 4) will probably eat it up, so you should hit a shit-ton of downloads.
Megaloblast Posted June 19, 2016 Author Posted June 19, 2016 (not that that's any different from Confidence Man or Tapiok's set up yeah if you don't like NLA then the ENB is not for you, but you might still enjoy the plugin with other ENB's. As I'm sure you already know, day contrast and blue color balance can be adjusted in two clicks in the ENB GUI shaders window, as shown in the calibration section on the main description page. If you have alternate settings you'd like to propose, I'd be happy to consider integrating them as an option into future updates. Thank you for your feedback
Kinky Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Welcome to LL and nice job Idk how you got grass to be white on frost weathers but it looks interesting.

Thank you for your feedback Of course, but if you set the preset the way you did, I'm assuming this is the result you want, which is what I'm critiquing. I use my own ENB based on Cook-Torrance lighting, as well as the work done by Matso and Prod80 and Kyo so I'm aware, thanks. http://puu.sh/nTwtV.bmp
