iirc sofia uses her own body and not the default one like your character or npc.

You need to replace her body with the cbbe one.

Also replace her skeleton if she is using her own skeleton if it isn't compatible with the body you are going to replace here body with and replace it with the one you are using.

how do i do that exactly hmm like do i just overwrite it or something because i went back and replaced her and mango with CBBE BBB style bodys is that nothing to with skeletons

I checked. She doesn't have a separate skeleton. You need just to replace her body

I have only ever used sexlab hentai pregnancy for pregnancy and never had a problem with it.

 

You can't have creature babies as there are no baby creature models so all you will get is a normal kid.

Make sure nothing has overwritten your skeleton if you are using SOS make sure that also hasn't been overwritten as it has it's own skeleton.

my main character , it works just fine. its getting it to work on custom followers im trying to figure out why its not working.

 

and what is SOS please?

SOS is (slongs of skyrim) since you never posted your load order I was just guessing as to what you have installed that might be causing it.

 

Much like custom races custom followers usually use their own stuff like body meshes skeleton and have their own folders this is so that custom races/followers keep their unique files and they don't get changed by other things and you don't end up with everyone having the same stuff. You would have to look at their folder structure and see if they are different as well as maybe even looking in the .esp to see if there is anything in it that could be preventing things from working with her.
