Where is book called "Forbidden Tome"

Its book from Devious Devices Expansion. I have finished whole questline called "Forbidden Tome" and I can't find this book...

Where is it?

 

PS. I know thats my second problem but Im trying to control those all mods

how did you finish it without finding the tome? that's how it starts.

 

there is a key on urag's desk. it opens a locked bookshelf. you'll have to find it.

 

if you have immersive college of winterhold or some other mod that makes big changes to the college, you might not be able to access the bookshelf, so you'll have to use the console to get the book.

 

also, this should be in DD's support thread.

After you find first book in shelf  and read you activate request with Urag, he punish you nad give you another request.
