White Squall Armor

Hello, 

 

White squall armor is an armor made by Tona for Oblivion

 

I I would like get it in Skyrim.

 

First question,  have I rights to do this ? Need permission to the autor ?

 

Second question, I know how modify skyrim nif using blender and nifskope, but i don't know how convert from an oblivion nif, someone can lead me ?

Not trying to toot any horns but you could try this tutorial by me that I have used for porting oblivion files to skyrim using outfit studio. You will also need pose converter.
