Unofficial Legendary Patch?

hey guys - i have the Unofficial Legendary Patch installed and i just noticed this in Markarth... i thought that this is the "before" the patch banners?

 

look at the 2nd image in the nexus site for it here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/?

 

so mine is still the before but i installed this patch as one of the 1st mod installs. anyone know why mine is still the before?

And if you have USLEEP and the official Hi-Res Texpack and don't get UHRP, we'll know you didn't when you come back asking about why the Markarth city banners all garishly say "MARKARTH" on them.

 

So you need the "The Unofficial High Resolution Patch" (UHRP) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31255/?
