Strange Loading Ctd Problem

So, when i try to load into a skyrim game, i ctd. but when i try twice, it almost always works. Any reason on why i ctd first, then load in successfully?

This often happens to modded games, especially if the save is in an outside area. Try coc'ing to qasmoke from the main menu, then loading the save from there.

You know that is one of the things he has fixed in that patch?

 

I HAD the habit of always loading an early save first and then loading my current save but since I installed his fixes and the others he recommends I don't have to do that any more. I have no trouble using "Continue" any more when I usually couldn't use it much past level 5 before.
