Broken Combat & Slowmotion Combat! Help please!

So, I have two issues that have been bugging me, both relating to combat.

 

The first one is completely broken combat. This FREQUENTLY occurs after playing any sexlab animation. After engaging in some sexy time, I will then be completely unable to draw my weapon, raise my fists, or bring up spells. I have no idea what could possibly be contributing to this. I assume most people don't have this problem with sexlab, so I hope you can help me out.

 

The second issue is slowmotion combat. I went snooping around for information on this, and there seems to be a lot, but my issue seems to be kinda unique. While in combat, while attacking, my character, and only my character, will randomly go into slowmotion during an attack. The effect will be quite dramatic, drastically slowing down my attack at a completely unplayable level, especially since I use action combat, which adds stagger to all attacks. The slowmotion effect lasts until the end of however many attacks I started from rapidly clicking, making it so my character will swing 2 or 3 times before going back to normal speed.

Also, if you happen to know which mod in my load order edits the bannered mare cell, please tell me. The mod is making it so I can't use overhaul mods on the bannered mare to make it actually look nice.

 it states on the the description page of mod, quote     It's not compatible with ELFX  or any mod who change interiors or adds NPC,  unquote

Yeah, you're right about the last question. I felt really stupid when I realized that.

 

Radioactive interiors isn't as incompatible as it says it is with other mods. The newest version of windhelm docks is pretty much totally broken and crashes the game when you enter windhelm, but everything else works fine with most mods that don't overhaul the same cells.

 

I also figured out what caused combat to break. Turns out if you relocate a sexlab animation, or do anything to turn off auto TFC for that matter, assuming it is active, if you turn it on again afterward, it'll break combat and force you to restart the game in order to use it again. (Also makes matchmaker unusable, so that's annoying too if you want to have threesomes.)

 

So that just leaves slowmotion combat. I've actually completely reinstalled skyrim and my mods since I made this post, and I haven't had that problem since, so at least I don't have to worry about it anymore. It'd still be nice to figure out what causes that though.
