If Skyrim had an ending, I would have it be an ending based off of what factions you completed.

Main quest? End up in Sovengarde. Companions would be similar.

If you completed the Main Quest but were still a werewolf of the Companions, I would want an epic battle between Hircine and the heroes of Sovengarde over your soul. Perhaps the harrowing of the Hunting Grounds they speak of in the Companions questline.

The College of Winterhold would produce a long-lived character, staying the head of the College for hundreds of years. "Are you new here? What you learn here will last you a lifetime. Or several, if you're talented."

The Thieves' Guild would show you serving Nocturnal in the afterlife as one of her guardian spirits, like in the quest line.

The Dragonborn DLC would show your character becoming Hermaeus Mora's apprentice like Miraak was. I wanted to do more work for Mora SO badly, but none was given.

The Dawnguard's Dawnguard ending could show you spending your days alongside Isran -- with optional addition for if Serana was cured of vampirism. The Vampire ending could show you spending out centuries at Castle Volkihar, perhaps married to Serana, both of you undying vampire lords... with additional company from Valerica if you told her she could come back from the Soul Cairn after killing her ex-husband.

The Assasin's guild I'm not qualified to write an ending for... I barely touched them and don't remember plot details.

Bonus ending for if you complete all of the above, where everyone gets into a brawl over your soul. xD Hircine Vs. Noctunrnal Vs. the heroes of Sovengarde Vs. Mora. A battle for the ages (Even if Mora would probably cheat).

Edit: Oops, I forgot to allow scripts at first on this compy, it's not mine. Did not see the poll. xD Oh well, I hope my answer is nice anyways, I just wanted a varying ending depending on what you accomplished, like Fallout.

Edit 2: Don't forget the ending in the Hunting Grounds with Hircine, for those who enjoy the werewolf life. Hunt at Hircine's side as one of his pack.

The Companions: With the mighty Dragonborn as their Harbinger the group reaches heights not seen for ages. The practice of lycanthropy is ended, with Aella the only werewolf.

The College of Winterhold: High King Ulfric recognizes that an independent Skyrim needs mages. The college receives funding and the stigma against magic users is lessened (but not completely eliminated).

Ancarno and the Eye of Magnus: I voted "killed" and "destroyed" respectively, but Amcarno (like the other Thalmor) was driven from Skyrim after the Stormcloak's victory. The Eye, without the Dragonborn's intervention, remained underground, undisturbed and forgotten.

The Thieves Guild and Karliah: Without the Draonborn's intervention the Thieves Guild withers and dies. Mercer gets away with the eyes of the snow elves and Karliah continues her life in the shadows.

The Blades: The Dragonborn rebuilds the Blades, but in the shadows. Though he is a warrior and prefers to face problems head on, he recognizes the need to for espionage. Delphine leads the group, and the Dragonborn's eldest daughter is expected to succeed her.

Saadia: The Dragonborn has nothing but scorn for those who would betray their own people to the Thalmor. Saadia returns to Hammerfall with the Alik'r.

The Forsworn: With their King dead in Cidnha mine, the Forsworn fell to infighting. The rallied together briefly after the Sormcloaks' victory, but could not stand against Skyrim's new military, now undistracted and led by the Dragonborn.

Elisif: Spared by Ulfric, the former High Queen abdicates her position as Jarl of Haafingar. She retires to a farm in the countryside and Erikur is made jarl, with one of Ulfric's men watching.

There's no real proof Saadia betrayed anyone. You should add "Saadia gets revenge and rules Hammerfall".
