Zeta09 Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 I have seen the other threads. I had 1.59c and it worked fine. I decided to "upgrade" to 1.61 with all the new animations that I have been seeing in the Community and it's just not working for me. I have tried many many things. First tho here is the pertinent mods I have: SexLab 1.61 FINS 6.1 MNC 9.3JContainers 3.4 FINS Creature Pack 5.2 Defeat v5.3.3 XPSME3 v3.77 I have almost 200 mods (Requiem included) ALL OF THEM WORKED WITH THE PREVIOUS 1.59c version; I almost had the perfect setup with a painstakingly arranged load order. EVERYTHING was FINE. Now I can't get the animations to work AT ALL and it's IMMENSELY frustrating. I always run FINS with a new Skeleton install. I have run FINS sooo many times it's nauseating and have gotten no errors My load order for this mods are as such: -SexLab.esm -SOS ....... MNC.esp XPSME.esp FINS ........ Defeat I have restarted with new game 4 times playing around with having MNC at the bottom vs. XPSME at the bottom vs FNIS to no avail Each time I am defeated, knocked down, then the resist message, then unclothed, then a slight stall and the creature will animate but the PC will simply stand in a infamous t-pose. For humans both NPC and my PC will stand in a t-pose while the sound plays(moans and squeaking). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help if you can What am I doing wrong?!?!?!!
Devorax Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Have you generated FNIS? You need to open 'FNIS For Users' (it should be in your Skyrim>Data>tools>GenerateFNISforUsers folder) and click the 'Update FNIS Behavior' button. You gotta generate FNIS every time you update and or install any mod that has anything to do with animations. This includes Sexlab.
Zeta09 Posted May 2, 2016 Author Posted May 2, 2016 Oh I have. Thanks for your quick response but I have G-FINS (ed?) EVERY time I played with the load order or changed a Skeleton added or subtracted an animation pack or done anything with Animations. I suppose I should also mention to be clear that I have MO and am quite well versed with it. I DID use LOOT to give me a general sense of where things are but I did have to manually rearrange previously to get the orders per specific mod authors specs. In this case tho, IDT it's the load order per se. Everything else works in game from the stagger to the movements of the animals and people just NO Sex ANIMATIONS and c'mon that's what we're here for amirite?!!!Please let me know what else I could be missing....

Post your complete FNIS generator output (click into the top are of the generator, select all, copy, then paste here inside a spoiler tag). Complete load order may help as well. Even a papyrus log may give clues (look in the pinned threads in the SexLab Technical Support section to see how to generate logs and where to find them.

Zeta09 Posted May 2, 2016 Author Posted May 2, 2016 Papyrus log is too big (tried several times to post) I attempt another way later tonight
monsta88 Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 I'd update everything to latest version and try it again. FNIS 6.2 fix and the update if you haven't tried (probably won't help) Zaz 6.11 XPMSE 3.85 SL Animation Loader Creature Framework 1.0.4 You don't need SL CreatureAnimations, it is included in SL 1.61b You probably did this already, but make sure you actually register the anims. For example when you reset the Animation registry in SL, the Zaz anims need to be registered agin.
Zeta09 Posted May 4, 2016 Author Posted May 4, 2016 Couple of things. The Zaz pages recs to use the 1.96 OR 2.06 XP32 skeletons (3/3/16') the official versions are up to 3.85 do you any of you know if there is a reason for this? Also I have read/heard that the SLAL is quite buggy. Is there a reason why I need it (I don't have it a present) I accidently checked the gender box. Normally I just have the Arm Fix box checked for FNIS and it didn't really matter because the game was still playable when I've done it before.
Suludi Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 I'd say that this No GENDER directory male No GENDER directory female is the problem. Try checking your file paths. And your load order shows that you still use the Unofficial patches. There's now one combined legendary patch which you should use instead. Zaz link
q1886 Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 I am having the same problem i really hope someone can provide some answers.
Zeta09 Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 Ok so I believe Suludi answered while I was editing the post. A) I had accidently checked the gender box and posted that FNIS output report Here is the "correct" report FNIS Behavior V6.2 5/4/2016 9:35:42 PM Skyrim: 1.9.32.0 - X:\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\ (Steam) Skeleton(hkx) female: TBBP (210 bones) male: XPMS2HDT (115 bones) Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix" Reading AnimationsByLeito V1.0 ... Reading MNC V?.? ... Reading SexLabCreature V1.60 ... Reading AnimationsByLeito V1.0 ... 4391 animations for 13 mods successfully included (character) 1069 animations for 3 mods and 37 creatures successfully included. Regardless can someone tell me about the SLAL or provide more direction on it as I haven't had it and the animations previously were working fine. What does the legendary Patch have to do with the animations? Niether the SL 1.61 nor the Zaz speak of it being necessary or mention it all
Zeta09 Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 Update: I DO see the mention of Ultimate Skyrim Patch and SL 1.61 but it states that it's not required (hoping to solve the issue then I'll DL and install later) Going back to basics. I have used LOOT and the sort function to analyze the differences in the order. I am also looking to make sure the LO on BOTH sides are congruent. Also having an issue with the FNIS sexy move as it was not working now either but HOPING that a solution with that can help me understand and possibly relate it to the SexLab issue. Can still use any recs and please help me with the questions above.
Zeta09 Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 Final UPDATE: SOLUTION!!!!!!! Full disclosure. It's been a bit since I've played Skyrim as I've been playing other games. Regardless I had forgotten the control and true versatility of Mod Organizer. I remember that is why I chose to go with it over NMM long ago. Regardless the solution that I found applies ONLY to MO since I am unsure of how other mod managers handle priorities vs. plugin LO. I will try to be as detailed yet succinct as possible as to hopefully help others who were in the same boat as me or may have this issue in the future. For many of the posts and information out there many suggest to have the following load order for SexLab -Ragdolls -HDT -FNIS -Textures -Armors/Clothes then lastly more to the bottom is Groovtama's Skeleton (or the newer XPSMEs; which supply their own files for potentially unique animations) This may be sound advice but in the case of MO if you simply put the XPSME plugin at the bottom like I did then it will not produce the necessary animations. As some of you saw in my FNIS outputs there were no errors but I still wasn't getting the behaviors/animations I should have been seeing. That was due to the FNIS output file not being a high enough priority. In MO there is the Plugin LO (Right) and the Mod Priority (LEFT) and they are in function slightly independent of each other. This allows you to fully control which mods you want to do what and was the crux of the issue. I COULD have put the FNIS at the bottom of the PLUGIN LO (and did one time previous which allowed to animations to engage to my delight but I then ran LOOT which changed it back to a mid-tier in the LO and thus had the t-pose again. At that time I did not know why) but both the native LOOT in MO and the LOOT program place the FNIS.esp firmly in the middle of the order. MO allows you though to affect the mod itself and give it a priority INDEPENDENT of the suggested LOOT orders which in turn solved the problem. Thus I have the Skeleton as 190 in my priority list and the FNIS output as 205. IF I make the FNIS output 189 then I get the t-pose. As long as the FNIS output has a higher priority then I will get the SL animations. This then applies to ALL FNIS related t-pose issues with other mods and other mods in general with respect to MO As I said as well I started having problems with FNIS Sexy Move. At first I was getting a t-pose with it as well but I didn't understand fully then (and forget I had downloaded the newer 6.1 version which MO simply adds to the priority list sequentially) In my experimentation I made it a low priority DESPITE it being in the same Plugin LO it was when I originally started testing. Thus I got a t-pose when I should have been getting the sexy walk. Once I changed it to a higher priority then I began to get the appropriate animation. To be clear if you make the priority really HIGH or LOW it WILL change the Plugin LO but it is not an exact 1:1 change (unless you make it the lowest or highest) and thus can be a bit confusing when discussing MO but you can still affect the resultant visual and behavioral changes by changing the priority. (Thus the power of MO and why I like it more than other Mod Managers) I've spent more time on this in the last two days than I would have liked but it is slightly exhilarating to solve a problem that you know a solution exists but not sure what you're missing. I do thank you guys for the responses and helping me in the right direction (and Gopher's videos; highly recommended) Sorry for the long winded post but HOPEFULLY this can help others
