(If not I'd be happy to go over to her house and manually adjust them lol, sorry couldn't resist) seriously though if your using skyrim ui with some of the addons there are settings to adjust the breasts left and right.

WHich means, it's always a good idea to put tags to help people search for related issues.

I have a similar problem, though my boobs aren't different in size, instead one of them is deformed to the side and slightly upwards.It's not really a big deal, but I am not going to be doing any amazing screens when this is happening :/ I am using the KS HDT hair, so I thought this might be the same cause as you had.EDIT: If only I had searched for the solution for a little longer...The KS HDT Hair mod has a optional fix when used with HDT body, that did it for me.It's on nexus.
