Would it be worth having a Fallout 4 CK subforum?

I'm wondering if it would be worth having a separate Fallout 4 CK Technical Questions subforum, now that the Open Beta of the Creation Kit is out.

 

Most questions in the Fallout 4 General Discussion forum seem to be about mods and mod ideas, and those here in the Fallout 4 Technical Support seem to be just game related.

 

I thought maybe it would be an interesting area to share and discuss things we've discovered with the new creation kit, ask questions about it - of a technical nature or otherwise. It could also help communicate some of the new functions as modders go along and discover them. 

 

As an example, mine seems to crash whenever I ask it to do, well, anything. If I go on the top tab, and select world, then scroll down to cells, this crashes it. Also, is it just me, or does the object window seem empty of anything? All the categories are there, but there doesn't seem to be anything in them.

 

Thoughts?

Regarding the specific issues you mention:

 

If I open the ck and then go to 'world' > 'cells' then it crashes IF I have not yet clicked load master/plugin files and loaded fallout4.esm. When I load the esm first and try it works OK. (I'm not sure if this is the same for you). 

 

This would also explain why there is nothing in any of the categories of the object window, as you need to load a data file first.

Yea this is definitly a good idea imo but when the videos and FO4 CK wiki hits thats where everyone will go.
