Today i start a new game in survival mode... And notice, there no more a manual save. I mean, i can't make a normal save while im a sleeping. We all know, autosave and mods = can't live together. Very soon, autosave from moding game start to crash. Bethesda really don't know about this? Or i just something missing and there have a way to make a normal save game?

Bethesda were well informed of this, and MANY other issues during the beta.

Their response was..... *crickets*

Welcome to the new Bethesda.

That's one of the features of Survival mode. No more manual/auto saving. You need to sleep in a bed to save. It's what makes it... well... Survival mode. It's meant to be harder. If you could just save whenever you wanted, then it wouldn't be that difficult or challenging. It causes you to be more careful.

Though, I guess, if you really want to save whenever, you can just use the console. Though first you need a mod to enable the console on Survival mode (there's a few on Nexus, pick one). Then whenever you need to save, open the console and type:

SaveGame "name"

Yes, with the quotes. And in the name part, type whatever you want it to be called. That will give you a save wherever you want. On a side note, I haven't had any issues with "sleep saving" being bad for my game. I've been playing Survival since the beta and haven't had any issues from saving that way. Then again, I haven't been having any issues with my mods either (keeping them up to date), yet everyone else seems to be.

Correct. But the decreasing stability of survival mode saves over time is still an unresolved issue, and is being completely ignored by Bethesda.

It is not about difficulty but more about unstable ness. if the game would never crash under any circumstance then you can justify this mode. but playing for hours and forget to save and your game crash == piss off mode.

Right now i may look stable but just like skyrim oce the real scripted mods come out then this game will be really unstable too. just like previous games.

To me there wasn't much too do, so i have not played this game in long time.
