wow that looks nice, I don't know much about 3D modelling, but I know that each armor in FO4 usually has a secondary hands meshes files to go along with the armor.

 

However I noticed that for the Courser armor, that is not the case, the hands are inside the armor model. So you might want to have a look at the Courser Uniform settings in CK. Then try to reproduce the same settings for Mistral's outfit.

 

That could help I hope.

Did you have any luck? I am trying to do something similar, but I don't know exactly how to rig and implement the hands in game. Or the helmet, for that matter.
