Frankly, I don't even see how it could be.

This mod works standalone, but please consider it a resource that you may use in your own creations.

Contains a slave collar, and manacles for the wrists and ankles. They can be worn all together, occupying the scarf slot, or individually, occupying the scarf slot, the arm armor slots and leg armor slots respectively.
At this stage the items are entirely cosmetic. I hope to add some simple gameplay functionality; if anyone has any idea on how to do this I would love to hear them.
Comments are welcome, criticisms are encouraged.

Made with Blender 2.76b, FO4Edit 3.1.3, Nifskope 2.0, and Outfit Studio (Bdyslide v3.1a)

Requirements: none

Install: Extract to the main installation folder.

How to acquire in-game:

  • Use the console '~':
  • Type "help slave 4",
  • use the page up/down keys to find the FormID of the "Slave Collar and Manacles"
  • Type "player.additem <FormID> 1", replacing "<FormID>" with the FormID
  • The item will be added to your inventory.

Uninstall:
Delete the "slaveCollar" folders inside Data\Materials\Dixiepig, Data\Meshes\Dixiepig, and Data\Textures\Dixiepig as well as the file "Data\slaveCollar.esp".

Looks awesome.

But could you maybe make a version where i can craft or buy them?

I'm playing in Survival, so i have no access to the console (and don't want to install the mod to reenable it cause i would most likely cheat...)

Thank you.

Any chance you will be making more collar mods? A more detailed dog collar, and a throw back to the old slave collar from fallout 3/new vegas would be cool too! Just curious...

Very well meshed and textured - looks really great.

I'll use this for my first attempt to get basic slavery functionality into the game, if that's alright with you.

Keep up the good work, I'd love to see more of this.

Yeah, please do. Let me know what you come up with.

Do you want me to link to here and set your mod as requirement or include the mesh+texture in my mod and put appropriate credits up?

Edit: Nevermind: I just saw the "Use however you wish" section of your post. I'm a bit slow sometimes. I'll include the files in the mod for simplicity - giving proper credit of course! Again - great work. Goes nicely with an ElectricalExplosionSmall.

So I did some modifications into a new file for my own use to see what RP options I could manage with my limited modding experience. Created several models (uses the same actual model), but they have different names and also different keys needed. By "needed", meaning I don't know how to make an armor/item unequipable (needing keys), so I just pretend that the keys are needed in order for my character, captured by raiders (player surrender mod), to escape her predicament. I added those keys into raider loot with terribly rare chances to get one in loot. I also don't know how to make the collar beep when close to a settlement beacon, which is a "stipulation" of those raiders to not seek the help of others or visit any of the main towns (or boom!).

So far, it's quite a playing experience different than the vanilla game trying to scrounge and survive.

This is actually a very cool idea. BGS seems to have a policy against restricting player freedom at any time, so even mid-MQ battle you can just walk away and do anything else. But I think that having your freedom taken away and fighting for it is a lot of fun.  What you've proposed is a new way that never occurred to me. I think you should definitely consider making your idea into a mod.

Yeah, in the future that would be a great use for this sort of item. If raiders defeat you, you get sexed and have the collar put on you. In the future, encounters with raiders of the same type have a chance that they use a controller device to make you submit to more sexing, and you wake up somewhere else, possibly with less money, etc, until you get it off with a key.
