quiksilver3689 Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Hey everyone, From what research I've done, It seems like many of the mods out there that allow for multiple wives also conflict with any harem-esk mod. The ones I have been looking at are: Bathing Beauties or Beefcake - Luxury Suite and Multiple Marriages - Spouse Dress Up- Rehousing and More - MultiMarriages 121Beta (I understand that one is a Beta and that one of them expressly states that there is a conflict with the other in the Nexus description) My Goal:To house ~20 wives in a single location (mostly mod added) for convenient use of SexLab and it's various additionsTo have the ability to make someone unmarriable my wife (doesn't matter in the way of dialogue or lack there of afterwards)I'm unsure if it's even possible for me to house that many wives in one location safely or if the stress of the load for so many character models would cause a CTD every time. Can anyone shed some light on this and let me know if this is a situation where I can't have my cake and eat it too? If it is possible, what mods should I be using and how reliable are they with regards to my listed goal above?
Guest MonsterFish Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 The Manipulator recently added a function like this. Otherwise you can use EFF to change the residence of an NPC Follower. Also regarding the possibility. Is it possible? Yes. It is. But yes, it may or not cause irregularities depending on things like size of textures compared to your hardware or amount of scripts that follower runs idly. Also Multi-Marriages has been in beta since 2012 and hasn't had an update since... Don't expect much from that.
Guest ffabris Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 As MonsterFish said, Manipulator will allow for that - up to 50 in fact. Each can be assigned their own "home" location, so you can have them in different cells in large homes, to reduce system load.
draconon97 Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 The underground bathhouse let you ivnte any one to live there, there is only 15~ slots (plus 4 for guards) for npcs though
karlpaws Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 I have to ask is the "wife" tag that important, or do you just want a system to put 20 female NPCs in one location for sex? How much AI do you want involved? Would you like them all to sandbox in several rooms, sitting in chairs, using cookpots, speaking to each other, etc? I've used the Manipulator mod and was going to offer it as a suggestion, otherwise a My Home Is Your Home mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18045/?) or EFF to make them followers and moving them elsewhere might do what you want. Unless you want to do a marriage ceremony with each one?
quiksilver3689 Posted April 21, 2016 Author Posted April 21, 2016 Thanks for the feedback everyone, definitely looking forward to trying one of those options out! (Thinking 'the manipulator' might be the better one for my purposes) And to answer your question karlpaws, outside of the initial marriage questline, I definitely don't feel like going through the trouble to marry each one officially unless I have to to avoid some in game error/bug. The harem idea with that many wives was meant primarily for the dialogue change but also for the ease to strip them down using the 'let's get naked' mod. I like the idea of them all waiting at home to greet me after a long day of killing dragons and the like and then unwinding by picking whichever ones I want. Plus as new attractive followers are made available through mods, I like the option to add more as time goes on. Can anyone recommend a home that will house the stable of women? I'm not sure if a bed would be required for each, but I haven't really found a mod that has that sort of capacity or a large number of beds to accomodate 20+ npcs

Mouse over any NPC, open the MCM, mark "Harem" and that's that, the NPC heads off (or fast travels) to whatever home you designated in the Harem settings. No added dialog, nothing. Install SLEN and/or SSX for easy sex. Can anyone recommend a home that will house the stable of women? I'm not sure if a bed would be required for each, but I haven't really found a mod that has that sort of capacity or a large number of beds to accomodate 20+ npcs You don't need beds, but if you want that added touch of "realism" then you may want them. Tons of mods available. The castles by Skyrimlazz tend to have a lot of beds, as well as being very well made. I'd just plod through the Abodes category (or Castles, or both) on Nexus and see what strikes your fancy.
migal130 Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 BBLS 5.1 will only let you invite one "spouse" to live in the Suite. In the next version, you can't even invite the spouse. She can only be invited to live in a residence building on the same property. However, in BBLS 6.0 you can invite 25 women from the follower faction to live in the main building (including HF stewards, which opens the steward slot up for another NPC) and there is an MCM menu to turn inviting on and off, if you think you're getting close to what your machine can handle (which should be more in the next version, because it's a leaner mod in general). I have heard stories of people using other mods to turn BBLS 5.1 into a follower dumping ground and getting more than 50 in there, but I would think severe performance issues would ensue. The advantage of using a mod like BBLS for this instead of a generic dumping ground mod is that each NPC you invite to live in the Suite gets between 8 and 16 separate AI packages so they act more like real human beings. They sleep, eat, bath, go outside, work, cook, etc. at certain times specific to their invite slot. In the next version, they can even change their own outfit at certain times. A generic dumping ground mod typically gives each NPC one sandbox package with a giant radius. As a result, NPCs do things like eat and drink underwater in a bath, which looks a little silly, IMO. If you're thinking about trying this in BBLS, I would wait for the next version to be released in two to four weeks. It is superior in many ways, but there is no upgrade path from 5.1 to 6.0. It will require a new play-through that never had BBLS. 5.1 and 6.0 are different in terms of scripts and quests that control everything and you wouldn't want the old 5.1 stuff bloating your game saves.
quiksilver3689 Posted April 21, 2016 Author Posted April 21, 2016 @ffabris, that's the thing, was hoping to have them marked as wives so that they have that spouse dialogue (at least the normal marriage npcs should have it, possibly the ones that were downloaded off the Nexus too) AFAIK the dialogue is tied to the scripts for speech, with each actress for the game dialogue (voice types) having recorded appropriate lines. Would the game/mod not just pull that spouse dialogue if they were married? Ideally the location is large for realism reasons. Don't want to try fitting 20+ wives in Breezehome, lol. I've found a few mods that I was considering in the abode/castle category, but I haven't installed them yet, as I was hoping to look up some videos to get an idea for how many beds the place has. Also, does the manipulator give the ability to mark someone as a spouse, or just a harem member? One of the things I liked about the multi-marriage mod was that you could use a spell and mark wives easily without the need for the ceremony. @migal130, I like the idea of BBLS, just up until now I was hoping to find a way to get rid of all the stock npcs in it to make more room for the others. I also don't like the idea of people visiting for "business" and such while I'm away otherwise there would be blood spilled afterwards. Was kind of hoping for something like BBLS for functionality and scripting but without the bloat of the prostitution and extra npcs to load
migal130 Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 @migal130, I like the idea of BBLS, just up until now I was hoping to find a way to get rid of all the stock npcs in it to make more room for the others. I also don't like the idea of people visiting for "business" and such while I'm away otherwise there would be blood spilled afterwards. Was kind of hoping for something like BBLS for functionality and scripting but without the bloat of the prostitution and extra npcs to load BBLS has no prostitution. It does have a customer system which is entirely contained within the BBLSvisitors.esp file. If you disable that plugin, it is gone and you can no longer ask an innkeeper to start accepting customers. However, in 5.1 its references from scripts would still be in your game saves if that plugin was ever enabled. BBLS 5.1 comes with 8 NPCs (7 that live in the Suite and 1 male guard who sleeps in the basement). You can also ask an innkeeper to add 3 more females or 3 more males, which sort of happens magically and I don't like it, so it's gone in 6.0. 5.1 has the ability to invite the 5 original vanilla housecarls plus 6 random followers. That's it. 6.0 works very differently, which is why there is no upgrade path. The 7 original NPCs and guard are there, but that's it, and I might make it possible to disable the original 7 NPCs via MCM. Everything else is optional. The customer system is enabled/disabled via MCM. Outfit control enabled/disabled via MCM. Hugging, bed warming, commanded bathing, all disabled/enabled via MCM and by sex (male or female). The ability to invite followers to live there is enabled/disabled via MCM. Heck, shadow cast lighting is controlled via MCM. That means you can make the mod incredibly light so it leaves virtually no footprint at all, or turn on only the things you want to use resources. In 6.0, there is no way to ask an innkeeper to magically make three more NPCs appear. There are also no invite slots dedicated to housecarls. Instead, there are 25 invite slots you can use on any NPC in the follower faction, including housecarls and custom followers. There are also two special invite slots for a guard and caretaker to watch over the family in the new residence building, but they wouldn't count as far as resource usage inside the main building. If your SKSE.ini has proper memory settings, almost any computer can use all 25 invite slots in 6.0. It's a question of whether or not you'll start to get bad visual performance or CTDs when you've added HD textures, hairs, clothes, HDT and a resource-hungry ENB. In 6.0, you could deal with this by totally resetting everything from the uninstall tab in the MCM, which shuts down all quests and clears all invites in one fell swoop, making it like you just did a fresh BBLS install. One of the best things about BBLS in every past and future version is also one of its biggest drawbacks. Its primary purpose is as a place to house a harem (I prefer to think of them as 'concubines' like the Chinese emperors had lol) inside one game cell with very high visibility so you can sit there and watch the flesh parade. Unfortunately, any time you put 30+ NPCs inside a single game cell where it is possible to see almost all of them from a single vantage point, you're going to test your computer. BBLS version 1 was released a couple weeks after the Skyrim CK and back then, such issues weren't a consideration. Heck, there were hardly any good custom follower mods, which is why BBLS came with its own NPCs. Things have really changed in the last four years so the priorities for the mod's features have to be different now. Edit: It occurs to me now that based on your post, some people must think BBLS's customer system means the girls (or guys) in the Suite become prostitutes. That is not the case at all. The customer system allows you to ask one of the two innkeeper NPCs (Leah or Elise in the Bathing Beauties version, Lane or Ellis in the Beefcake version) to accept customers, which earns you gold. You can choose to only accept male customers or only female customers. The customers are potentially comprised of over a hundred NPCs from around Skyrim who simply show up to use the bathing facilities and/or eat. They aren't there for sexual favors (unless you force that issue with another mod). Some NPCs who live far away, like Jarl Elisif and her female vampire court wizard, will also spend the night, because of the travel distance. However, the NPCs don't actually travel on roads to go to and from the Suite. They are teleported to and from their normal locations and only made to look like they are using the building's doors. They also don't teleport at all unless you are in the Suite to watch it happen, so the NPC should't be missing from where they belong when you go to their normal location. This is so the system creates no extra stress on your game when you aren't in the building. If you are in the building, anywhere from 0 to 12 customers can show up at once, depending on whether you have both male and female customers enabled, time of day, day of week, day of month, your character's level, which quests you have completed and which towns and NPCs you have met. There are also around a dozen NPCs that only exist as Suite customers and otherwise would not exist in Skyrim. These NPCs are followers and can be invited to live in the Suite, like any other follower.

Was kind of hoping for something like BBLS for functionality and scripting but without the bloat of the prostitution and extra npcs to load I answer some of your questions, as I've used the Manip mod. The mod doesn't make them spouses, just adds them to the faction that enables marriage. It is the same kind of thing you can do via console without the tedious lookup of faction numbers and clicking of NPC and such. I am not sure if you can short circuit the marriage ceremony itself with the console, but that might be worth looking into for the numbers you want. Creating a batch file to automate (ish) the process would be possible. The castles by skyrimlazz linked below are massive. I downloaded a couple of them to have a look around and they are quite well done. I don't like the locations for certain uses but they have a full compliment of beds and space for possibly 40 npcs to walk around. I think at least 2 I looked in were larger than Morthal or Falkreath in terms of space. (Actually, depopulating a couple towns to try and fill one might be interesting. ) Regarding factions, dialog and scripts, I don't know much about how vanilla Skyrim does it (marriage faction or a script reading a variable, though either should be able to be changed by the console, I'd expect. Just a matter of finding the variable) one more potential option is the mod here Amorous Adventures. Whether you do the quests or not, the faction the mod uses for "unlocked lovers" can have any NPC added to it, and they will use the voice type responses if available. It is a mod-only faction and does not interfere with the standard relationship status, so you could get mixed "lover" and "advlover" comments, but they should be in the same voice. Now that I think of it, you might only need The Manipulator mod to set your desired spouses' relationship level to "lover", as I think the only way you can get to that level is via marriage. Followers and housecarls top at Ally, most are either friend or confidante if you do enough favor quests.

Manipulator doesn't do marriage (multiple or otherwise) because other mods already do that, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel. What it can do, however, is flag any NPC as marryable.
siriushuang Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 i can imagine what happen :all twenty wives says to you "yes do you need something""what can i do for you"every 20seconds when you are around......it'll be so boring
badcock Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 ... the next version to be released in two to four weeks. I can hardly wait. I consider BBLS a must have mod. I love the NPCs you added to BBLS.

ReaverLord Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 All this talk, but no pictures??? YES, thread author, there is a way to have yourself a virtual harem in Skyrim. Here's (alot of) proof: EDIT: Sorry for the crap quality, the forum engine apparently compressed my originals! How I did what you see in the pics is to employ this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10612/? Unlimited Followers. My PC can only handle around 45 girls on screen/cell at a time. Your results may vary. Also, my in-game character(King Powers) is getting older now(42 in dog years). So he can only handle around 20 girls at a time. As for the sexy stuff, why the girls all look unique, some NPCs you have never seen before, etc... that's using SexLab, a special method for re-sculpting facegendata meshes the CK outputs in 3DSMax, and multiple variations of the Venus female body replacer(which is a SUPER underrated female mesh/texture replacer). Now to remake all this for myself in Earth reality. RL PS: I hope the explicit imagery is okay to post here. The flash game girls seem to be enjoying those cartoon wangs in the ads. PS: You could lose your hair thanks to the overproduction of DHT in your organic system after viewing this subject matter for more than 5 minutes. You have been warned.
Alan47 Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 I'm interested in this topic as well - mostly because I have a thing for beautiful followers and I want to gather them in one place. In my experience, by far the biggest issue here (provided that you want to use followers added by mods) is the enormous texture load you will put on the Skyrim engine. Follower mods these days are often standalone. This is handy, but it also means that if you have, say, 25 followers gathered in a room, then the game will load like 10 identical copies of Fair Skin Complexion, 7 copies of Pure Skin and 8 copies of Leyanda Skin. Not only is this unnecessary - it causes enormous load for the VRAM, which is limited to 3.1GB in Skyrim (regardless of how much more VRAM your graphics card actually has). The solution that I imagine is a mod tool that runs before skyrim is even launched (like FNIS or bodyslide), scanning the modded "data" folder for identical textures, gathering them all up in one place and then redirecting the ESPs of the mods that use them to this common location. This would be a stroke of genius. However, I am not aware of the existence of such a tool. And doing it manually is an enormous amount of work... Anybody please proof me wrong here?
Weird-Feathers Posted May 29, 2017 Posted May 29, 2017 Use EFF to recruit any NPC. Use My Home Is Your Home to make them live where ever you want. Any modded home or location etc. I use this to have followers live in the various house mods I have installed and pretend that they just live there and my character visits them. You can easily have a ton of NPCs live somewhere if there's enough space.

I have at this time 45 followers living(waiting) at Proudspire Manor. Spread across the 45 are 6 unique custom female body replacers, most based originally on the UNP body style. I have one that makes a pornstar like body, from petite 0 to 100 with implanted breasts. I have a "real" body which has very small breasts/body at 0 and enlarges to have large slightly sagged real breasts. There is the GND, which is a petite to large body but small breasts withstanding. And I have a version of the SevenBase, Dreamgirl, and Venus for a more fantastic look. As you can imagine, this variance in bodies allows for numerous options of body shapes and sizes for npcs. The texture packs(body NOT face) are also numbering 6, mostly to mix up the look of the breast and color of nails. Face textures, bumps maps, etc pull from one source using one esp mod file. But oh yes I agree, under certain circumstances, this setup can still be quite taxing on the Skyrim base code. If I attempt to alter their outfits to something complex(more than 2MB for each 0/1nif) using the EFF menu, it crashes sometimes, but not always--maybe booting fresh hinders these CTDs? If I try to leave and go outside into Solitude, the game slows down and crashes after 2 minutes no matter. These conditions, alas, are the only con for playing this "version" of Skyrim. MIne was alot of work on my part, yes. But you don't have to have all the unique bodies and textures. That was what took days to create. No, with the Lab, the Extended Follower Framework, or a like mod, and a couple of hours, you can spawn at least 45 vanilla NPCs at Proudspire, make them your follower, and lead them on whatever adventures you wish--so long as you do it AT HOME. I think the thread author was after nothing less than a "harem" simulator, using Skyrim as its framework. So long as you do not leave or do anything graphically extraneous with the girls, he, and you too, can have it. Truly an amazing game Skyrim can be.
