is there a way to edit lydia and aela race, i try the set race command, it end up making them very scary, and i also use the npc editor which always end up with error

I noticed at times that the head would look weird on someone when you use the setrace command. Have you tried doing this setrace monli then setrace horse then back to setrace monli? I have used it a few times and it makes the head come out right.
