I believe that this is indeed a wrong section.

Nexus is up and running. I did not even notice it was offline.

This ENB preset actually comes in 3: Performance, Default and Quality. And within Performance and Quality comes Performance Plus and Quality Plus. This is my most favorite of all ENBs and I can tell you that Default is still a heavy preset. Quality and Quality Plus enhanced the hell out of shaders.

 

This enb also makes your eyes glow but can be adjusted in the ENB GUI under eyes.

 

And for the record, OP is referring to the ENB mod being hidden. Not Nexus being down. The author (Insomnia) has hid his file twice as far as I know and I remember on enbdev he mentioned he had no plans to show it again, but did following an update to ENB preset. It's hidden again for a long time and I'm not sure if he plans to show it again.
