SexLab and ZaZ LOOT errors

So Skyrim keeps crashing for me before getting to the menu. Some further examination revealed some problems with the SexLab and ZaZ animation pack esm's as follows:

 

FNIS_SexLab_List.txt is not installed. Animations of mod wont be added in the FNIS list and wont be work in game. Before install through Wrye Bash Bain you should choise 'Override Skips' option for archive of this mod in the 'Installers' tab.

Would this be related to installing new versions of FNIS, SexLab and ZaZ?

First copy that wall of red copy and paste stuff and paste it into notebook then copy and cut it back out delete that red copy and paste junk and replace it with the copy and paste from notebook it'll remove that red block of nasty yesh. Very hard for a person to read it as it is can only read it by highlighting it that is if people even waste the time to do it.

 

Run LOOT for load order and TES5EDIT afterwards to double check to make sure the load order is correct.

Checked load order, nothing wrong there.
