i cant find out why there's no dicks on any of the creatures

Make sure you reset the animations registry in SL menu.

Also reset the creatures in the Creature framework menu.

Also make sure you use the correct area when posting a problem with a game by posting it in the game section for the game you are having the problem with and not in the general LL area that has nothing to do with game problems.
