Just installed SexLabs, updated FNIS, no animations

Downloaded SexLab and what it required.

Started up Skyrim with barebones mods to see if it would work. Updated SexLab through the MCM and that worked. But all I get when I use the powers are nothing when I use it on myself and when I use it on a NPC, the NPC just shares the same space as me, we are both just standing, and I get sex sounds. Oh, and cum when I can move again.

How do I actually get the animations?

I am using MO

Here is my mod list:

OK, you have a pretty common error when installing FNIS using Mod Organizer.

Uninstall it first.

Then install it directly in the Skyrim/Data folder.

You should have the directory "tools" inside the Skyrim/data/

Then from MO, add a new applications. Browse "Generate FNIS for Users".

Then run it from MO.

Second error: you are missing a valid skeleton to play animations.

Download and install XPMSE.

Not correct.  You install FNIS through MO same as you install any other mod through mod organizer (even though it is not a mod).  You do not install it directly in the data folder of the game folder.

Take a look at the official MO guide here:  http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer

and watch the video instructions for installing fnis through MO and setting it up to properly run through MO.

Have you started Skyrim 1 time from Steam?

Yes I have.

I am using XPMSE, it is in my mod list, right under FNISSexyMove.

Thank you! Trying it out now!

EDIT: now I have FNIS spells in my magic section, which I never have had before... but now the NPC's are just showing up behind me and while I get sounds, no animations. Whereas, the FNIS animation spells DO work on me, so I don't know what is going on.
