Regular eyes cover vampire eyes??

SO this has been bugging me for a while.

 

i don't know what i'm doing wrong, but somehow my only vampire character, Yvaine, has her regular vampire eyes constantly covered by normal human eyes. sometimes, the vampire eyes are not there at all; when i restart the game, the vampire eyes are gone and come back only when i tweak the eye type from the race menu. does anyone know why this is happening? i'd very much like to let her have her vampire eyes 24/7 and not look weird with the human eyes morphed out of the way. the attached files light up the situation a bit.

 

for some reason, i can't copy my modlist here since Loot doesn't wanna run through Mod Organizer and when i run it from elsewhere, it does not count every mod.
