what is the normal cause for loading door ctd and ctd for certain spots on the map?

Memory allocation errors would be my guess.

incorrect load order, conflicting mods, buggy mods, skyrim, and the list goes on. Figuring out a CTD is half the fun though. xD

If the CTD only happens on those particular doors or places, then you have to check if there is any mod that changes that place. Another option would be unclean masters.

A modlist and the places that happen would be helpful for helping you.

in the markarth region. a area of the map between karthwasten and the sundered towers. the loading door at the top of broken tower redoubt. if that helps

Poorly configured pc.

Old, pc

not enough memory.

badly installed mods

conflicting mods

Bad mods !! <== this can be important usaully mods that remove navmesh check tesVedit for mods that removed this part incorrectly etc.

That should solve memory issues.

 

 

The conflcts is just a matter of loading up TES5Edit and "apply conflitct filter" (something along those lines) and it should show all the mods that are overwriting/conflicting with others and then its just a process of finding the one that is having a war over in markarth.

 

Then "evil" mods, some mods cause crashing.

Op do have AP and SoS.

And the load order is way off.

I suggest he download LOOT and run that tool.

I tend to keep: Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp down the bottom above a bashed patch << always at the bottom. Then i move my sexlabs.esm above every other sex orientated mod, because it's the framework to them so that's my logic. XD
