A converted Dwemer ruin suitable for housing a large family. Located just west of Anise's shack.

Rooms include:
* Master bedroom for you and your spouse.
* 3 children's bedrooms at 2 beds each. You'll need Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions over on Nexus to populate them all.
* Servant's quarters (does nothing yet.)
* Armory with plenty of mannequins, weapon racks, forge, smelter, grindstone and armor workbench.
* Courtyard with dining tables, swimming pool, and hot tub.
* Kitchen with oven, gas stove, and washbasin.
* Study with bookshelves (WIP), alchemist's lab, and arcane enchanter.

The ruin itself is free to claim, but you'll need to pay a crew to dig out the individual rooms. Use the hallway workbench for this.

Looks very good. I will definately use this soon. Are the rooms big btw? it's a silly question but i'm looking for a house mod that has plenty of room and big oes too to house my "slave milk" company (PAH and soulgem creates the best opportunities  :D). You could almost say that i'm trying to become a rival of the milk company in Hydragorgons slave girls (yes ofcourse i'm role playing, would be a nice mod though).

The bedrooms aren't that large, but it has a huge open courtyard to play in.

Yeah, i noticed already. Do you mind that i use your mod to build a dungeon into it? If you don't i won't upload it ofcourse and also it won't be buyable because i don't know how to implement that (yet).

edit: sorry for any double posts but loverslab is doing wear on my side again. If you don't hear of me for a while, you know why.

Feel free, but give credit. I believe in idea sharing.

To make it buyable, look at the various recipes and dummy objects included in the esp. (Their editor names should all start with Gnomehome.) I didn't try to make sense of the Hearthfire code, so I created a dummy object you can make at the workbench. When it's crafted and goes into the player's inventory, an attached script removes it and enables/disables an object in the house to open up an area.

Thanks, either i will do that or place a button somewhere to reveal the locations entrance (which i did in another mod that is here on loverslab, it's called "Abunchofnpc's" if you are interested. Btw sadly i'm very bad at making descriptions so it looks a bit fishy  :) ).

Btw do you know any tutorials on how to make hearthfire Carpenter improvements? I have searched all over google but apparently i keep typing the wrong words or something because nothing sensible shows up. I already know how to make recipes and tie them to n object to make the object but i don't know how to link that to a certain action, like when i "craft" the "remove rubble" recipe, the rubble will dissapear and the next room is visible.
