UNPB skimpy replacer with belly node.. does it exist?

Maybe it's just inexperience, but I've been searching for a tital skimpy unpb replacer with pregnancy support for quite a while but have been unable to find anything that fits that description. Is anyone aware of any? I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.

You could try UUNP with the UNPB boy preset.
