Stuck in first person

So I started a new game with alternate start. And I can leave first person. I want to play in 3rd person, and I can't figure out why. I tried the mouse wheel, and F but that didn't work. Here's my load order:

Edit: No matter what I do I can't leave 1st person. When I hit F it either makes it normal 1st person mode, or camera attached to the head 1st person mode. I shouldn't have any mods that mess with the camera, and I started a new game. Even when I try to forge I get stuck in that mode

Try hitting the "F" key (assuming you haven't changed it in the control settings.

 

Sometimes the camera gets stuck (usually if an animation is interrupted by another), the quick fix for that is to use a forge/workbench/grindstone etc which will free the camera up again

Yeah that's not it. I already tried pressing F. And it didn't work. New game so no animations to interrupt

Try finding a crafting station, like the enchanter or smithing, and entering/exiting it. That usually sorts it for me.

this does happen to me now and then.

what normally works is a view reset type event

I just use dovakiin relax and enter a relax anim then exit that works

or if you're a werewolf transform and back

Hmm, how about sitting in a chair? I know it sounds stupid but you need to persuade the game to force third person perspective. Chair might do it.

Thanks for the help. I fixed it. Turns out one of my mods didn't fully uninstall.
