Every save I make are making me CTD when I load them later on

So after wiping the skyrim folder from my computer and re-downloading it, re-installing all mods (and looking if their were updated on the way) I try to recreate my character after fogetting to back up my char gen files

 

Atfer hours of editing I save and turn off the computer, now when I load the save it CTD after the loading where it should start showing the in game world with my character, yet I can save and reload the save as long I didn't restarted my computer, its similar to an issue I had with the chaurus tentacle mod but I didn't re installed since a long time (since last game wipe I made)

 

Any idea what can cause this?

 

I ran LOOT and used the same mods without that issue last time, all mods requirements were also checked for newer versions

I've had similar issues; Skyrim loading screen followed by a fade to black screen where the game usually loads and I can start playing, but it's a CTD instead.

 

Miscellaneous fixes that have worked for me are:

Verify Game Cache in steam

Run or Re-Run FNIS

Check Loaded ESPs to ensure all dependency ESPs/ESMs are also loaded (I see you did that) 

Run Savetool and "Fix all #" and "FixScriptInstances" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/?

 

And the number one fix I have found to be effective is to load a waaaaaaaaaaaaay older save file like way before you've heavily modded the game or right after character creation, then let that load and shift to your most current save game.  Works 90% of the time for me.  --Since your character is basically brand new, try creating another new character to see if that works, then try loading the character you want to play.

Latest ENBoost has option that help with that situation greatly.

If you has ENB binary later than 303, try to add this line to enblocal.ini (if you don't use one that come with binary)

Indeed, but I didn't suffered crash so far, only stutter that grows bigger and bigger after the first occurence that end up into 40 sec freez per min if continue to play after the 1 sec one appeared

This "tactic" gives only a little time to initialize the existing ressources in savegame - because Skyrim-Resources are already in memory.

 

Have you cleaned the savegames - (e.g. PDT Wrapper)?

 

One option in Skyrim itself for cleanup: player kill. 

 

player.kill in the console

Skyrim loads the last save point (with clean cache) - then you should be able to make a clean save.

 

 

Since I set up my mods again with the Skyrim launcher (previously NMM, MO and WryeBash) -

I've never had a situation where a save was not loaded.

Before that is often happened (depending on mods and depending on cell)
