Game is crashing. Can't figure out why. Checked for conflicted mods.

Then it's probably an issue either with your video card or the texture replacers you've got installed. Try and reinstall the ones pertaining to the landscape, something might've replaced them.

Are you running an ENB?

ENB can usually help with memory issues like stuttering, but depending on your card you would probably need to turn some settings down.

What video card do you have?

Doesn't seem to be a power issue then unless you're running too high texture resolution for that 2GB, might be overheating, gaming laptops usually have that problem.

Did you try reinstalling the replacers? Any luck?

Maybe try to install something like Amidianborn texture replacer to fix pink stuff, but usually it won't cause ctd, only eye-terror.

 

SMIM Usually  need A LOT of RAM and is probably not worth using and may be the CTD cause, 

more stuff in towns for it to load.

If I remember correctly SMIM (Full version) used several Gigabytes more RAM for me when I used it,

and it's not all that awesome that it's worth the extra loading time and plausible cause for CTDs.

 

Also 4K textures is probably not worth using over 2K, same reasons.

I bet it's because of too many scripts.  Pretty sure I've had and am having the same problem.

What values do you have SSME set to?

Maybe Something Here?

 

-Clean Your Save Game (google it) or even better, start a new game because of earlier deleted/removed mods.

-Dual Sheath Redux may cause ctds.

-Also Disabling the Arousal Option in MoreNastyCritters may help.

-If u have StableUgridsToLoad: Delete it.

-DeadlySpellImpacts Have Caused issues for me in the past.

-Extended Slider Colors is probably bad since it freezes TES5Edit when trying to create a Merge Patch, at least it did for me.

-Remove FloppySOS.

-Wet and Cold may cause issues.

-Find out from where "TweakFollow........" comes from and fix it.
