Re-occuring problem over the years

Hello there good people. I have been playing Skyrim since the day it came out to now. With a bit of going on and off of it. Now as we all know Skyrim in now the most stable of games even the Vanilla part of it. My main problem with the game right now is that it corrupts my save files every time I go reach a certain size. Now I can't exactly remember what is it was before a couple of years ago. Maybe it was 18mb and the save will never load and the character would be lost. That was due to many companions/followers in the same room at the same time even with optimization. Now whenever my game hits 13.000mb limit if I am inside the game I can play the whole day since my load order is stable once again. Here in lies the problem, if I don't quit the game or get a ctd I can load the saves and play. But once I quit the game and try to load any save that has reached 13mb or more the game simply shuts down. There are no left over scripts before that. No dead actors to clean from scripts or any empty arrays. Save game cleaner behaves the same way as skyrim does. Once I load the save in the program it crashes like your usual pass at trying to load a corrupted save file. Now I have read people have a huge file size of up to 80mb and more and still able to load the game and have lag but load it none the less. I cannot have that. Same thing would eventually happen to my save files if I am playing vanilla game only. Once I get to the 13mb limit it is game over. It can take me 1 hour or up to 20-30 hours of game time to reach it, depending on how many zones/places I visit. Has anyone experienced this problem before? PS: this has happend for the last 5 redownloads of skyrim, with each one deleteing the whole game folder and the documents save files and ini's. Fresh clean install of windows 3 times because of reasons which are many. Same thing every time. With no change, the only difference is how long it takes me to get to that file size. What I do now is that this is not script related. But the amount of places items and so on in the save file. Those cannot be deleted and if done so the game will never load the save regardless because it is core skyrim stuff. Any thoughts? I have not received any answer about this from Bethesda's tech support either... I am unable to play the game and finish it with one character. Let alone get past the Greybeards in highhrotgar because of this bug I am having.

THe only way I found to reduce the corruption of the save file is this.

disable auto save

disable save on rest.

disable save on fast travel.

They have reduce the almost certain corruption of my game file over time to only once or twice a charactor.
 

other thing you could do is make a back up of you save game before starting the game the next time.

also if you do not have them consider to install the unofficial skyrim patches the clear up many problems and indeed some of the corruptions of the save game.

I already have USLEEP installed the combined version of the unofficial patches. I have always played with autosaves and quicksaves. I have currently disabled them and testing it out. I have also disabled the Sands of Time mod. That one has always given me trouble, it is nice because it add quite a bit of excitement to the dungeons and overall combat with more enemies. My current load order is this, most mods are merged but not all. The only other difference I have now is that the saves say there is a high script count. Did not have that before, around 665. On a lvl 6 character with going to Hrothgar. Probably overkill with the scripted mods... Have not had major problems with the ones I have installed, took a long time to root out the ones causing problems.
