Random explosion and then raped by bandit?

The title says it all. i would like to know what mod does this and is it possible to remove?

End of last year I had random explosion and death in one of the rooms in Kynesgrove. Turned out to be a weird load order thing.

My first though would be Deviously Cursed Loot if you have it installed, that can do something similar if you have the right settings.

cursed loot has a feature like that, maybe it's it

and about random explosions, one almost alaways happens on white river watch before the first stairs after the blind guy and one on stony creek cave, and i have no idea why they happen
