Forsaken Cave Freeze-up

Ok, so I have a buttload of mods installed, and I'm having trouble figuring out exactly what the hell is going on.

 

Whenever I'm traveling around the vicinity of Forsaken Cave, my game freezes up. And if I try fast traveling there, it just get's stuck on an infinite loading screen. No CTD, it just freezes, and forces me to Ctrl+Alt+Del to the Task Manager in order to shut everything down.  And that's when I noticed this:

 

 

 

 

I really don't think Skyrim should be eating that much memory.

 

I know that Forsaken Cave revolves around the White Phial quest, which I've already completed. The closest I can get is just outside of Nightgate Inn. Any time I go East towards Forsaken Cave, the game freezes up just past the small body of water the dock is in.

 

And I've gone back and tried reloading from different saves and both attempting fast travel or literally just riding/walking there and the result is the same across the board. Same freeze up issue. I've even used script cleaning and the result is the same.

 

I use Mod Organizer. SKSE and FNIS are all up to date.
