[QUESTION] Differences between "skeletons" and which one do I use?

I'm confused as to what the difference are between these "skeletons", and I would like to know which one is recommended? I'm assuming I should go for the Universal Skeleton Nif only because it's the newest one but I see many mods referring to Coronerra's Maximum Compatibility Skeleton instead, so I'm not sure anymore. Also, I'm not really interested in the Deadly Reflex mod but I would like the female NPCs to be able to wear high heels properly, if at all possible.

Universal one is the best choice. It has nearly all possible bones.

Does Universal work with the combo of DR6 and BBB? I know the default Coronerras does not, but I use a hotfix that corrects the issue.

"DR6 and BBB fix" are a 1st person skeleton. Just use universal 3rd person with "DR6 and BBB fix" 1st person skeleton.
